The hotly tipped “Fancy-a-Thumble” taking on the experienced “Thumberlina” was one of the great battles of the Ladies 2011 World Thumb Wrestling Championships that won this thumb warrior her first title. The match was immensely tight and only decided in the last few seconds of the final round with “Thumberlina” going for a pin, only to miss, opening up the chance for “Fancy-a-Thumble” to take advantage and claim the coveted thumb prize.

Going out in the semis at 2012 has left her with a hunger for victory in 2013. Watch out for some serious rivalries when the ladies tournament kicks off.
